Curb Apeal

While our backyard was looking fantastic our front yard...not so much. We were waiting to see what was going to come up and what we could pull out, besides all the weeds. So that was Saturdays project we pulled weeds and added new mulch as well as a boarder of flowers.

Garden in Bloom

It has been really nice watching our garden bloom. Everyday there is something new and to my surprise the old owner of our house liked purple too.


The roses that have yet to still bloom. They are going to be great. We wanted to paint the neighbors garage before the rose bush took over but almost every weekend was rainy and we didn't get to it. Maybe next year.

Groton Point, Connecticut

Over the Memorial day weekend we drove down to Groton Point, Connecticut. For some reason any time we go to the ocean it is over cast and gray but still beautiful. Here are a few pix from there.
